Yes hello Sven, sorry for not answering sooner but have been quite busy and not been on this forum for a while... 
There is a meeting planned for this autumn, don't have many details for you yet unfortunately, other than that it will be held in october.

Will do. The date is set (99% certain) for saturday the 19th of October. WHERE it will be held is still "up in the air"...

Copy-paste from the Freemen meet event on FB: (yes I know, I'm lazy...) 
This year the Tripods meeting will be held at Headley Mill in Hampshire, or
as we better know it, THE PARKER MILLHOUSE.
There shall be
A Picnic!
A Raffle!
A Tour of the `Parker Mill House!' (courtesy of the owner, time allowing.)
The happening is free of charge but do bring along something to eat and drink, that way everybody will be happier.
And the date is saturday the 19th of October.
This year the Tripods meeting will be held at Headley Mill in Hampshire, or
